I hate that this could pass in my state. I’m voting against this disgusting little piece of hate; I have friends who should be able to marry their life partners if they so choose.
Besides, the passing of this law would nullify the recent, happy marriage of George Takei. Who could endorse that?!?!

When it first passed, one fundamentalist commenter remarked on how their beliefs had been forced down his throat. I told him how sorry I was that he had been forced to marry a man.

You mean like when people drop Jack Chick tracts all over the place or when people correct you when you say Happy Holidays or knock on your door asking if you’ve accepted Jesus? You mean forcing like that? I have yet to have a gay representative knock on my door asking if I’ve accepted Cher as the Most Fabulous Bitch.
