    yes, when i was overseas i used skype a lot - very inexpensive. over here though i tend to use cellphones. not as cheap, but much usefull. my brother only uses voip, and i leave messages for him more than talk to him… that may be by his design though. in any event, i can give you my skype name, but not on your blog ^_^.
