Amazonian Boycotter is right, science was way off when it came to gamma radiation. Turns out, you don’t actually turn into the Hulk, just vomit a lot and lose your hair. Lesson learned.

I think for the gamma to work, you have to already have a lot of rage. Then you either get green strength or a red ring and battery if no gamma is available.
